Chris Campbell, who created the Assassin brand, has designed an eclectic jewellery range exclusively for men that challenges conventional ideas. It is a combination of the materials used, the shape and the construction which makes the 'Wood Rectangular' ring stand out. The 7mm width of the ring is enhanced with the square exterior of this ring, resulting in the depth varying from 2.5mm-5mm (according to the position of the corner and edge against the inner circle).
The ring is constructed from 925 silver. The surface of the silver has been polished for a high shine finish. This finish is then contrasted with the hand carved Cueramo wood panel which is on all four sides of the ring. The wood, which is used to individualise this ring, has been sustainably sourced from Tierra Caliente in Mexico. Each panel sits at 5mm wide and requires a high level of technical ability to inlay with such seamless perfection. The natural grain of the dark toned wood allows every ring to be an exclusive piece as each panel is unique.
