PRODUCT SUMMARY
The 'Blade' men's necklace is part of the 'Stem' range from the men's jewellery collection from British designer, Chris Hawkins. Inspired by the natural plants forms and patterns found in nature, Hawkins has designed an original and masculine jewellery collection exclusively for men, in his studio in Brighton.
The necklace of the 'Blade' is constructed from genuine leather, finished in a dark brown. The leather measures 60cm long and has a 2mm width and a round profile. The ends of the leather have been left open, meaning that there is no clasp. This feature means that the length can be customised to the wearer.
The leather threads through a 3.3cm long and 1.3cm wide, 925 solid silver pendant. The pendant has been designed to emulate the shape and feel of a blade of grass. The curved, smoothed edges display this. The surface of the silver has been satin polished, offering a matte finish.
The inverted, rounded sides of the symmetrical silver pendant have been softly oxidised. This process darkens the silver, enhancing and highlighting the design and cut of the silver. This men's necklace is stunningly simple and elegant in its form. The masculine textures and design makes this necklace perfect for any casual style.
