PRODUCT SUMMARY
It is the natural form and texture of the stingray skin that inspired British designer, Chris Hawkins, to create his 'Stingray' men's jewellery collection. Within this stunning range, created in his studio in Brighton, are the beautifully designed and hand crafted 'Stingray' cufflinks. Hawkins cleverly incorporates his approach to the natural world within his original designs.
What individualises and gives the cufflinks an element of exclusivity, is the material used to construct these classically modern pieces. The 'Stingray' men's cufflinks have been constructed from solid 925 silver. Coating this silver is rhodium; a rare and precious metal which belongs to the platinum group. The black rhodium offers a darkened, polished finish and is extremely durable.
The links measure 2.3cm long, 1.3cm wide and 1.4cm deep. From side on, the links have an arrow-head shape which has been cut with a symmetrical and elegant design. The exterior surface of the links have been design by Chris Hawkins with his signature stingray pattern. This pattern manifests in a textured surface with small platelets.
The cufflinks close and open using both a toggle and hinged system, which allows the links to be worn with ease. The link and the toggle are both constructed from 925 silver which has been finished with a soft satin polish. This feature offers a subtle contrast to the darkened head of the men's links.
The 'Stingray' men's cufflinks are absolutely stunning and offer a fantastic alternative to classic, more traditional style links. These originally designed cufflinks come delivered within an official black and white Aaron-Kane presentation box.
