Since 1996 Iain Henderson has evolved his men's jewellery range to include such items as the 'Esker' mes cufflinks, displaying his streamlined, angular and quality jewellery design and techniques. Having now become nationally and internationally recognised, the IHD collection has formed something that is both timeless and modern.
Completed in 100% 925 silver the 'Esker' men's cufflinks have been finished with absolute quality in mind. The head of the cufflinks sits at 2cm long,1cm wide and 2mm deep, it curves to form a gentle bridge and has been designed with parallel sides and edges.
It is the way the head has been textured that individualises these cufflinks. The surface has been ridged, creating , 4mm wide curved grooves into the silver The recesses have been brushed, creating a matte effect. To oppose and highlight this the raised sections of the silver have been polished and smoothed, these sit at 2mm wide.
The cufflinks thread through a cuff of a shirt using a toggle bar. This feature has also been designed in silver. The bar of the toggle pivots into a vertical position in to allow the wearer ease of use then pivot back into a horizontal position to fasten the links securely.
The simple rectangular shaped head of these cufflinks creates a classic and masculine design. This style is updated and distinguished by the ridged texture of the silver, which offers a alternative design feature to these fantastic men's cufflinks.
